Clinic-specific Special Project Application for Albuquerque IHS Area Dental Programs

The Albuquerque Area Dental Support Center is pleased to offer a special project opportunity to Area Dental Clinics. Funds are available to clinics for an oral health promotion/disease prevention project. Up to $1,000 is available per site. The Support Center will award a maximum of 10 projects.  Clinics will receive materials (no cash awards) as described in the last box below. The process is very simple! Just fill out the form below:
