NAPPR’s Tribal Home Visiting Grantee is pleased to share the Administration for Children and Families’ Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Report to Congress recently published this month of April 2016! The report details all grantee’s progress from the program’s inception in 2010 to 2014. This important document describes the effect of Home Visiting services to Native American communities.
Recently, NIHB named Albuquerque non-profit, Native American Professional Parent Resources, Inc. (NAPPR) as the recipient of the 2016 NIHB Local Impact Award, this award is bestowed upon an outstanding individual, organization or Tribal program in the area of Tribal Health. The Local Impact Award acknowledges an individual or organization whose work has affected change or impacted health care at the local and/or Tribal level.
